We carefully inspect each Tippy Tap Baby product before it’s shipped. But if something isn’t right, we’re here to fix it.

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

• The item is damaged upon arrival
• You received the wrong product
• A manufacturing defect is reported

To raise a claim:

• Contact us within 3 days of receiving the order
• Share a clear unboxing video and photographs
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method. For prepaid orders, we will notify you once the refund has been initiated. We do not offer refunds for items that have been used or for change-of-mind returns.
