We’re here to make things right, if something goes wrong.
At Tippy Tap Baby, we take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. Every product is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.
Return Eligibility
You may be eligible for a return or refund if:
- The product is damaged or broken upon delivery
- You receive the wrong product
- There is a visible manufacturing defect
We do not accept returns for reasons like:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size or color selected by the customer
- Product used or unboxed without recording
Return Conditions
To process a return or refund:
- Notify us within 3 days of receiving the product
- Share an unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened)
- Share clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect product
- Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in original packagingReturns without a valid unboxing video or raised after 3 days will not be accepted.
Return Process
Email us at contact@tippytapbaby.com or WhatsApp us with your order number, issue details, and media proof. Once verified, we will:
- Offer a free replacement
- Or initiate a refund to your original payment method
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
Note: Return pickup may not be available in all locations. In such cases, we may request you to courier the item, and we’ll reimburse the courier charges.
Cancellations
Placed an order by mistake? We’ve got you.
We allow order cancellations if the request is made within a short window before dispatch.
Cancellation Window
- You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it
- After this time, orders may already be packed or shipped and cannot be cancelled
How to Cancel
To cancel, email contact@tippytapbaby.com or send us a WhatsApp message with your order number.
If the order qualifies for cancellation:
- The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days
Note: Once your order is packed, shipped, or in transit, cancellation will no longer be possible.
