At Tippy Tap Baby, your satisfaction and your baby’s comfort are our top priorities. We stand by the quality of our products and aim to deliver exactly what you expect every single time.

If something goes wrong due to our error (like a damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we’re here to help with a smooth and fair refund process.

When Are Refunds Applicable?

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You receive a product that is physically damaged during transit
  • You receive the wrong item
  • The product has a visible manufacturing defect
  • The item is missing from your package and you’ve raised the issue within the timeline

Conditions for Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. You must raise the issue within 3 days of receiving the order
  2. You must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue
  3. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  4. You must share clear photos of the defect or damage
  5. The return request must be approved by our customer support team

Refunds will not be approved in the following cases:

  • The item was used, washed, or damaged due to misuse• Return request raised beyond 3 days from delivery
  • No unboxing video is provided
  • “Change of mind” or “didn’t like it” reasons
  • Incorrect product selected by customer

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, contact us via:

Attach the following:

  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video
  • Photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 hours and notify you of the next steps.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once your return is approved and the product (if applicable) is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refund timeline:

  • Initiated within 2 to 3 business days of approval
  • Amount credited within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

If you paid via UPI or wallet, the refund will be processed to the same account. For COD orders, we may request your UPI or bank details to initiate the refund.

Additional Notes

  • In rare cases where reverse pickup is not serviceable, you may be asked to self-courier the item. We will reimburse standard courier charges upon proof of receipt.
  • We do not offer refunds on sale or clearance items unless the product is damaged or defective.
